WOW, talk about lackadaisical attitude! Phoned company at 9:15 am on Wednesday, August 19, 2015 to get an appointment to repair a dryer. Receptionist told me that a technician would be calling me shortly. At around 11:30 am rec'd a call (was unable to obtain workers name, very muffled) and was told that there was nothing available, but to call at a later time, maybe someone would cancel. Called their office again on Thursday morning (8-20-15) 9 am (recording states that their office opens at 9 am) but no one was there to take my call. Called again at around 9:28 am and a female answered the phone. Again I was told that a technician would call me regarding an appointment. At 1:19 pm since no one contacted me yet, I called the office and a male answered. He stated that technicians are on calls and someone would get back to me. He did not bother to take my name, phone number or any contact info to make sure that this potential customer would be taken care of. No need to worry about that anymore....
