We have been associated with this condo association since This is a client who demands service however when you then complete the work they refuse to pay for itIf they had bookkeeping errors we were never notified of themTo our
knowledge we were also never notified of losing any invoicesLate fees and interest were due to the fact that we had to have approval from her before we could send out any checks and she did not respond to our requests in a timely mannerOur lack of response to her was usually due to the fact that she had already received the answer and continued to complain about itIn regards to the tax return, an extension was filed on behalf of the condo association
She did not understand where the numbers on the return came fromShe was then provided documentation to backup the tax return and again is refusing to pay for a service that was providedShe has stated that they have paid for their tax return however that is a statement as we have never received paymentWe have been managing over condo associations and this is the only one what we have ever had complaints from regarding our accounting services

Prior to June 17, we had received no correspondence from the new management company since we turned over all of our information to themOn June 17, we received a phone call from the new management company inquiring about the status of the tax returnWhen we stopped doing work for this company, we were told that the new management company would be filing the tax returnTherefore, we are perplexed as to why they would be asking this questionWe have a phone call into the new management company about this matterWe have never been paid for this tax return
