Hi Amanda, I am sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your bill. We have offered to reduce your bill in the past but we still did not receive payment. Would reducing it further to the $service fee plus tax seem like a fair price for you? We did used materials there as
well as the labor we incurred

Schulz Heating & Cooling did a fantastic job installing our Lennox Furnace, replacing the faulty propane line, installing a pipe up through the chimney for our hot water heater, and cleaning up after themselves. I was very impressed with their efficiency. They took their time to get it right. Besides all that, I received quotes from several companies and had the old system which dated back to 1940's inspected by those companies. This is the only company that found addition problems and the cost to do the job was the same as the other companies that were looking to do less work and advising a unit that rated 6 & 7 out of 10 top units according to consumer reports. The unit I ended up with rates 3rd out the top 10. And with Schulz 10 year guarantee, this put them over the top. Just recently I found one item that they had forgotten to take care of and they went above and beyond fixing it. I highly recommend Schulz Heating & Cooling for anyone looking for a very dependable company, one that stands behind the product and take pride in their work.

I purchased a Central Boiler outdoor wood furnace from Schulz Heating and Cooling for early spring installation. Salesman was friendly and knowledgeable. Prices very fair.

The service provided by Schulz Heating and Cooling was conducted in a very professional manner. Nick was the first contact I had when I decided to install a new furnace and A/C unit. He was very truthful with me and answered my questions understandably and truthfully. Once the decision was made he informed me of possible financing options that would help in the cost of installation. I then met with Jonathan and he assisted me in completing the required forms for obtaining a 0% loan for 18 months and provided me with the documents to obtain an FOE rebate. The installers were Nate and his helper. Nate did an excellent job in completing the project, better than I expected. He rerouted some duct work, installed a new plenum and cold air return, reattached my humidifier, installed a cold air return in the basement, new cold air intake, relocated my drain pump to get it off the floor and put all the wires and connections in neat bundles. He informed me of the operation of the furnace and told me that he would have to return in spring before I used the A/C to adjust that. And he cleaned up after his work prior to leaving on both days. All I can say is that I am really glad I chose Schulz Heating and Cooling for installing this furnace. By the way, the first replacement furnace and A/C I had installed was done by Jim [redacted] and it served me well. My wife and I are both retired and I can say I trusted the workers who came to our home to do the work requested. Prior to the decision to make a purchase I had another worker from Schulz to check my AC and my furnace. It was that person who made me aware of the need for a replacement. He was also very courteous and helpful and did his job very well.
