Dear *** In response to your letter of May 23, we would like
to respond to this complaint with the following informationThis information was also provided to *** *** *** who hold the account on this purchase. On November 13, Mrs*** *** visited our retail store and purchased an 18K YG ring using a MasterCard in the down payment of $plus an approved credit application through Jewelers Reserve She requested that the ring be sized to her specifications which it was. After taking delivery of the ring and wearing it for some weeks, Mrs*** returned to the store and wanted to return the item We informed her that an adjusted ring was a non-returnable item Details on non-returnable items are posted prominently in our store She then proceeded to toss the ring on our desk and left the store Subsequently we have returned the ring to her via the US Postal service on two occasions She rejected the first mailing and accepted the package on the second mailing The ring is currently in Mrs***’s possession Her problem is with the credit card company not Schulz & Sons Jewelers. All documentation pertaining to this sale and mailings are available should you wish.Would appreciate your acknowledgement of this email. Regards, *** *** *** ***
