A new charger has been sent to Mr*** ? We strive to provide excellent customer service? If a customer has a complaint about the performance of one of our units, it is our standard protocol to have the unit returned to us for inspection by our engineers? This practice is to
ensure the safety and quality of our products and to determine if providing a replacement unit to a customer is warranted? The steps in this process do take time to complete, including intake of customer service complaints, arrangement for product shipment back to us, inspection and review by engineers, determination of resolution, and return shipment to customer? It is our goal to have this process be as efficient and timely as possible? In the present instance, we believe it is reasonable that the issue was resolved within days?
