I went for a oil change and tire rotation. I had $20 coupon off any service plus free tire rotation with any service. The person asked me what I wanted I told him this what I want and I would also like to know how much air filter would cost. The gentleman told me that assistant service manager lady will tell me how much air filter would cost. She never told me that there were two options for oil change synthetic versus traditional. She never gave me the price for oil change. I gave her the $20 coupon off any service and free tire rotation.

I waited there for almost 3 hours. After 3 hours she tells me for oil change Nd tire rotation total cost is $79.99. I said what? I gave you coupon for oil change and tire rotation was free. She deducted $20 and gave me free tire rotation and charged me $39.99 for tradional oil change with $20 off coupon. Therefore she charged me for an oil change $59.99.

I went out side to see the posted pricing by Mitsubishi. It was $35.95 for synthetic oil change and tire rotation was $9.99.

She charged me $19.99 for tire rotation and $59.99 for traditional oil change. I complained and she would not listen and I asked for service manager who came and asked me to sit down and he closed the door. I told him what traditional oil change is more than syntactic and why was I not offered synthetic oil change? He said you have to tell us what you want. I said I was never offered an option and no one told me how much it would cost. He did not do anything but both him and the female assistant manager insulted me.

I left the the dealership paid them $39.99 and was not happy to pay $39.99 for a regular oil change plus $20 coupon. Total charge without coupon would have been $59.99.

I would not recommend any one to take their car for service to Schumacher Mitsubishi, Subru or anyother brand. This is rip off dealer. Ask up front how much it would cost for a service.
