I am rejecting this response because: I called ASAP towing early morning after the original driver did not deliver my car and I was told they were not allowed on the premisesI called another company right away and scheduled a tow he said he would pick my car up in a few hours I called asap towing back right away and told them not to worry about the tow I got someone else to do it because I was waiting for a call from the *** because the original driver said she would have the *** call meAround 2pm when the new company I called went to pick up my vehicle he called and said my car was already gone I had to make multiple phone calls before I finally called the delearship where the car was delivered to find out where my car wasI have several witnesses who were with me when I made these calls and know the time frames of the callsEven the delearship that the car was delivered to because I called them every time I scheduled a tow or made any arrangementsI tried to settle this peacefully but ASAP towing is pretty much lying and trying to cover themselves but like I said I have multiple witnesses and I will not go back and for about this matter any longerI have already spoke to an *** I will give them all of these statements and go from there.

This vehicle was abandoned in the [redacted] parking lot with not current legal tag. When the [redacted] came in he could not produce a current registration and in fact was trying to get the vehicle registered.This location is in fact properly posted and the [redacted] called in the abandoned vehicle...

with no current registration to have it towed. The vehicle [redacted] is responsible for all the charges.

I am rejecting this response because: The original tow driver arrived to pick up my car at 9 am and was not allowed on the property. I called the office around 1030 am because no one called me to tell me this information. I called another tow company to pick up my vehicle and I called asap towing to cancel. My car was not delivered through the alternate company THEY called until around 230pm. So there is no way the car was already in route. It does not take 4 hours to get from [redacted] to [redacted].

I provided all the information showing the vehicle did not have proper plates placed on the vehicle and the car was abandoned in a marked parking lot with ASAP T owing signs posted. The property called the vehicle in as abandoned with no proper tags or a registration and they wanted the vehicle removed from the property. This vehicle [redacted] is in violation and responsible for the charges

Once again my license plate is perfectly legal as they are [redacted] plates. [redacted] stands for [redacted]. The * that precedes the license plate number stands for the base that the car was shipped from. I explained this multiple times to ASAP towing's [redacted].

I am rejecting this response because:As I have informed ASAP Towing before, my tags are legal. They are [redacted] tags that were given to me by the [redacted] because my car was overseas until recently. Beyond this my car was not parked in front of a [redacted], my car was parked over a mile away from the nearest [redacted] in a parking lot in front of a restaurant named [redacted]'s. An ASAP towing [redacted] informed me that my car was towed for lack of a tag but when I informed him of the nature of my tag he changed the reason to "abandoned vehicle". It is disturbing to me that this company does not know where they towed me from and continues to change their reasoning for doing it.

Company's second response below:Compliant [redacted] did not call prior to the vehicle being picked up. In fact according to the driver he picked the vehicle up within 30 minutes of receiving the tow call.  Then he sat in traffic with the vehicle. When the tow truck driver arrived at the dealership with the vehicle, he was paid for the tow by the dealership. The tow truck driver stated that the dealership said that the [redacted] wanted to speak with him. When he got on the phone with Ms. [redacted] she told the driver that she was getting another tow company to tow the vehicle and she was going to cancel the tow. She also told the driver that she was not paying for the tow.  The driver told Ms. [redacted] that he does not tow for free and in fact he did deliver the vehicle per her request.  Regards,[redacted]ASAP Towing & Storage[redacted]
