This vehicle was abandoned in the [redacted] parking lot with not current legal tagWhen the [redacted] came in he could not produce a current registration and in fact was trying to get the vehicle registered.This location is in fact properly posted and the [redacted] called in the abandoned vehicle with no current registration to have it towedThe vehicle [redacted] is responsible for all the charges

Once again my license plate is perfectly legal as they are [redacted] plates [redacted] stands for [redacted] ***The * that precedes the license plate number stands for the base that the car was shipped fromI explained this multiple times to ASAP towing's [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The original tow driver arrived to pick up my car at am and was not allowed on the propertyI called the office around am because no one called me to tell me this informationI called another tow company to pick up my vehicle and I called asap towing to cancelMy car was not delivered through the alternate company THEY called until around 230pmSo there is no way the car was already in routeIt does not take hours to get from [redacted] to [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

Company's second response below:Compliant [redacted] [redacted] did not call prior to the vehicle being picked upIn fact according to the driver he picked the vehicle up within minutes of receiving the tow call Then he sat in traffic with the vehicleWhen the tow truck driver arrived at the dealership with the vehicle, he was paid for the tow by the dealershipThe tow truck driver stated that the dealership said that the [redacted] wanted to speak with himWhen he got on the phone with Ms [redacted] she told the driver that she was getting another tow company to tow the vehicle and she was going to cancel the towShe also told the driver that she was not paying for the tow The driver told Ms [redacted] that he does not tow for free and in fact he did deliver the vehicle per her request Regards, [redacted] ASAP Towing & Storage [redacted] ***

I provided all the information showing the vehicle did not have proper plates placed on the vehicle and the car was abandoned in a marked parking lot with ASAP T owing signs postedThe property called the vehicle in as abandoned with no proper tags or a registration and they wanted the vehicle removed from the propertyThis vehicle [redacted] is in violation and responsible for the charges
