The owner of this company, [redacted], has the worst customer service I have ever seen. Back in November 2014 I got some flyers printed from him. The flyers turned out fine and everything was going great. When I went in to get the flyers I noticed he had a heat press. I run a youth sports league and wanted to have someone come out on our opening day games to heat press the names on the kids jerseys on the spot. Keep in mind the opening day wasn't until Jan. 10th and this is in November. I asked [redacted] if its possible to do this. He said absolutely. He then went on to tell me that he had another sports league on the schedule for the same service and same day. I said OK so you can't do my location then I am assuming? He said yes I can. I have two machines and 4 workers so one machine and two workers would go one place and the other two workers and machine would go to the other location. I said great please book that and get me on your schedule.
December 19th I got an email from him letting me know we were all set to go and on his schedule. As our opening day was fast approaching I hadn't heard from him about any specifics or requirements he has or what he needed to make this possible. (Power, generator, what exactly he needed) I sent him an email and got no response. I then called him on Jan 9th (a day before my opening day) to see what was going on. He informed me at 11am that one of his machines was broken and he wouldn't be at my location the next day and said the other location he was doing is where the working machine would go. Really?! A day before AND he wasn't even going to tell me. I called him! If I didn't call him he just wouldn't have showed up or would have let me know even later in the day! He had no solution to HIS problem besides just bailing on me last minute and putting me in a horrible position. I understand equipment can break but you would think if you have a service promised to someone you would call them with notice to let them know!!
I then spent the next 5 hours calling other companies and getting the answer "I just can't with this short of notice" rightfully so. Between my husband and I we called appx 50 places. It was getting late and it looked like we were going to be unsuccessful finding a replacement and we would go to our opening day and not deliver on what we promised our registrants. Very horrible situation, especially for all the kids who were counting on this. Then at 4pm we found an AWESOME company (who I would recommend over this company ANY day) that was able to accommodate with zero notice. This guy was amazing and knocked out 160 (reversible) jerseys for us on site at our game location. I guess everything happens for a reason!
Advice to you, [redacted], when you have a problem effecting a client, come to the table with a solution and not the day before. Your employee [redacted] had awesome customer service as he offered a solution when you wouldn't take my calls. That kid (sounded younger) was awesome with the solutions he was coming up with. They weren't ideal and not what we were looking for but it was a perfect back up plan should we not have found a replacement. Kudos to you, [redacted] is lucky to have you.
