She has seen the condition of the vehicle and we have agreed on the price. We do not provide our customers with any warranty due to the fact that these are older used vehicles. There are no written agreements on the bills of sale that we are going to provide [redacted] with any warranty. She went over agreed and signed the inspection sheet that states that everything complies with the Traffic Safety Act.
After [redacted] left our dealership after some time she called because her check engine light went on and was wondering what we can do about it. Even tho we did not give her any sort of warranty we agreed that she can stop by and we will see what we can do about it.
We have replaced the Catalytic converter which we had shipped from Europe especially for her vehicle. Total cost of these repairs were $978.44

We wanted to maker her as a customer happy and didn't want her to be stressed out about the issues so we had it fixed.
A few days ago [redacted] walked into our showroom and demanded from my assistant that we need to pay for these repairs no matter what without prior consultation with me. (owner of schutz auto ltd.)
Unfortunately we can not re pay or do anything about this vehicle anymore as it has been sold since june.3rd.2015 and we cant perform regular maintenance or repairs on every vehicle our customers purchase as it is their responsibility to maintain their vehicles after they purchase them from our dealership.
