Review: To Whom it May Concern, We purchased Central Air Conditioning for our home on April 20, 2012. We had a problem with the Condenser located outside making a loud snapping noise last Sept. 2012 & we tried to contact [redacted] the owner of Schuylkill Energy Star only to get his answering machine. We tried everyday for 2 weeks until the message was changed to call ###-###-#### & talk to [redacted]. After several days of leaving messages we finally talked to [redacted]. He told us [redacted] had moved to Flordia & is having him do all the work up here while [redacted] does work down there. It took several weeks for [redacted] to come up & check the system out & after he did he say the contacts may need to be replaced but there's no sense in doing now because it's Oct. & you won't be using the system. He said to wait until next year & see if it does it again. The system seemed fine until July 10, 2013 when we came home to a hot house. The air handler was running but the condenser was not. I tried call [redacted] several times & so did my Mom & Dad! We haven't received any phones calls back to this day!Desired Settlement: Fix my Central Air problem.
