Customer scheduled a drop off date for June 25 and wanted unit ready for p/u July 2.
Issues wanting addressed were slide front end will not go in all the way, awning rear arm on p/s will not come in all the way and bathroom door had screws...

missing from the hinge. Customer phoned a few days before July 1 wanting to pickup trailer. Explained to customer manufacturer had not sent preauthorization yet and would need some kind a credit in case of non approval. Customer was ok with that. Received notice form manufacturer everything approved except awning. Company has a policy of a 62.50 minimum charge on any item not warrantable which is noted on the customer preauthorized work order hard copy which the customer initialed and signed (see attached hard copy) .[redacted] Service advisor discussed the charge with the manager. Our manager agreed to drop the 62.50 charge even though they signed work order agreeing to it and because of such disrespect displayed towards the service staff to take unit to another dealer for any future repairs.

Again as per my original complaint, I booked a service appointment for my trailer for both the slide and interior door hinges which were fixed adequately. The service person working when my husband dropped off the trailer for service advised him that the slide looked wrong and needed to be fixed as well so we agreed. Trailer was picked up as per the date we agreed to and was advised because they were waiting on some sort of information from warranty on the awning, we would need to come back at a later date to complete and was direclty advised by the service advisor there would be a pre-auth on our credit card in case we did not come back to complete remainder of warranty work and they ended up stuck with some parts. So when my husband picked up the trailer for our trip, he happily signed the credit card authorization form as we were expecting as much. I was not told by the service advisor of a fee. Apparently she told my husband when he picked up the trailer. I would also like to point out that as per my bill of sale, my husband is not their client. I purchased the unit, [redacted] I was personally not informed from the dealer of any fees so when I receive a telephone call to collect a fee, naturally I will question what it is for.

Also, I did not use profanity with the service adivsor. Using a stern voice and not relenting to pay a fee is not profane. [redacted]
