The parts being ordered wrong as we explained to the customer was our fault however after trying to address and fix the dash for the customer all we received was profanity and lewd comments so not much we can do if he did not let us fix it. The paper work issue that his bank needed was given to him...

they needed original signed copies which he had, not sure what to say cant help someone who is not willing to take it. Also I will not have my employees deal with a customer if they are rude and using profanity towards them no one should have to tolerate that as well as lewd and unnecessary comments toward my staff on facebook will not get you very far nor should it.thanks
