Schwan's Ice Cream & Fine Food

I am scheduled to have a sales rep show up every other Wednesday between 1pm-3pm. I placed an order last week to have food delivered at my scheduled time. For the FORTH time in a row no one has shown up. I have called and complained, I have complained via their live chat and I have also complained via email. Nothing has been done. Nobody has communicated with me like promised. I keep attempting to order from them because they sell several food items that my daughter will eat and it is very hard to find food she will actually eat. I have never been treated with such disrespect by any company. I would like this resolved and to have a sales rep show up when they are scheduled to.
