Response:I checked the facts immediately when we received the complaintI spoke to our employeeShe states that she never told Mr*** that she had received a fax from him on 1/23/However, when he did call her to folland find out why the policies hadn't been canceled and now two
additional payments were withdrawn from his account, the employee said she had never received his signed documentsMr*** asked ***, "then why wouldn't you have followed up with me for it?" Mr*** is right, the employee has learned from her mistake as she should have set a reminder to follow up with Mr***I have talked with Mr*** directly to apologize and advise the policies are now canceled and he will have his funds returned within the next to business daysI asked him to contact me if he doesn't receive this by 4/12/He seems to be fine with this outcomeThank you
