We unfortunately could not respond to [redacted] at that time because our customer service department closes at 4:00pm Eastern Standard Time as advertised on our website. The following day, March **, 2016 our customer service department responded to [redacted] via email.As soon as we were notified by Milwaukee (the manufacturer) that we can no longer sell this product at that special below cost price, we immediately changed it on our website. We are sorry that [redacted] would think that we would be in business for nearly 40 years by playing games with our customers. We did ask that [redacted] refer to our disclaimer in our pricing policy located on our website. We are more than willing to help gain back the trust of [redacted] by either giving him free shipping on his next purchase or a discount on any product on our website. We ask that he call our toll-free number ###-###-####, ext **. We will gladly accommodate him to the best of our ability.
