We were sold a sick puppy Tried to get reimbursed for just the initial diagnosis and business refused
We picked up the puppy at weeks and at that time the breeder told us that one of the dogs had diarrhea, but he didn't know which one After getting the puppy home, we noticed that the puppy seemed to be breathing very fast (over breaths/minute) and days later at the first vet appt we mentioned it to our vet and he said that it could be just excitement and to monitor it Days later we had him back at the vet office because the breathing didn't get better During this time he did X-rays and blood work of the puppy which showed his lungs infected, his white blood count high (19.3) The diagnosis by our vet was looking at the x-rays and blood work that this was most likely a chronic infection that the puppy had while at the breeder Our total vet bill for treatment was over dollars and we only were seeking reimbursement for the initial diagnosis (xray/lab work) as we
