Ahez (Renasoft) hosts our business website Everything ran smoothly last year but when I renewed I am having trouble loading pictures on the website The information listed on our site is not current I tried to contact the service on line with no reply I have called numerous times and left a message on the answering machine I have not gotten a call back I am paying for this service If I get this resolved with Renasoft, I hope they will prorate my fees since I have not had a running website since renewing My customers keep calling me and complaining because they can't see recent pictures of shipments which many rely upon
