Just like all the other complaints, I thought he was spending $on this product and our card was charged $They hide the "opt out" button and once you miss that you are charged a huge feeWhen I called to make a complaint *** at XXX-XXX-XXXX answered and was almost threatening to me! I then emailed *** at customer service who offered me 30% backWhat a SCAM this company isI hope that anyone looking to buy this product does their homework and looks at ALL the complaints written here!

Like others, I also ordered and paid for a trial sample and then was automatically charged $after days which I was told when I called was the TRIAL PERIODNowhere in the original order form was this explained
Their customer service person was rude and besides not agreeing to do anything to adjust their extra charge hung up the phone as I asked her to explain where in their original offer had they talked about the automatic charge after days
I hope others check out the complaints before they fall into this same SCAM
