Review: I think I have been had by a web information sales add.I told them I would be out of town and would not be able to learn the system. When I returned home and found I did not like the system and asked for my refund they refused. I am not able to use the system or get on to webinars. You can not reach anyone by person. I have found that when you receive trade information it is to late. I just want my refund.Desired Settlement: Refund of $997.00

[redacted] contacted us on January 18th, 2013 requesting a membership with the ETF Tipping Point, a trading notification service. He was signed up as a member on January 21st.

In response to a follow up email from us Ken said he had not received the welcome email. We sent him a copy of that in reply email to his complaint, (will provide a copy if you desire)

In his welcome email was a copy of our guarantee.

On January 31, he responded to an email offer we sent out with a ‘value added’ offer which if they accept it, they agree to waive their 30 day money back period. They are advised to contact us via our support site and request the ‘free upgrade’, (doc: [redacted] upgrade offer ) and(doc: [redacted] support). So on Feb 2, 2013 he was, at his request, signed up for the complimntary upgrade.

The next time we heard from [redacted] was on March 4th, a voicemail (the auto translate isn’t much use) in which he requests a refund despite the fact that he had accepted the ‘value added’ offer and thereby agreed to not take advantage of the 30 day money back

guarantee.

We responded with information relative to his membership, reminding him of the terms of the guarantee, (doc: [redacted] email) We received no further communications from him at all.

We generally work with people to help them get satisfaction from the programs, but communication is necessary for that. We received very little communication from [redacted] in regards to his membership subscription with us.

Thank you for contacting them. I should have checked with Revdex.com to see if they were a member.

This started bad by my sending them the credit card. The video was a good sells job. But it turns out they are not honest with the system. They delayed information and set up of the program start up to use up the so called money back and now the iron clad money back if you do all of the trades in a 6 month peroid. I do not trust the ideas when I find that the timeing is late when you try to set a trade it is already to late. I don't like the idea and have asked for my refund but I quess it is my lost.

I have notice more and more web in nars going on with a lot of false claims. You should really look at their video they used to sucker you in. I did not know that they don't answer the phone just let you leave voice mail. [redacted] does not deal with you directly as first stated. I regret having ever having viewed . You could not get on the webnar until you loaded a another program GoToMeeting and then they have a trial offer fee. After trying to get to the on line meeting I find out they were having trouble and could not handel the connects so they had to set up more time slots. I seem to never be able to work with this set up.

Now last week they tried to set up times for another webnar for another idea of doing weekly option trades. I did not look at this but I think they are looking for more suckers.
