Review: After numerous phone calls requesting contact regarding our trust Fund account, we were forced to contact the Insurance Company (Aviva) we were assigned to. Scifo has not been in contact with us for over a year. We used to send premiums to them directly and they would handle any of our inquiries. Either he is no longer in business, or is no longer affiliated with Aviva. Several premiums were sent via Scifo and the Insurance company would have no record of it. BUT we have copies from our bank of each and every premium that has been made for the past 8 years.Desired Settlement: Since there has been tremendous stress that this has created, we think Scifo needs to contact us or do something to help us in this matter. Is Aviva a reputable company. We need answers.
