This is the second time I have had terrible experience with this company! My home warranty company provides annual preventative maintaince for my heating & a/c unitThe first year I was assigned to them they stood me up on separate occasions - twice they were just a no showThere was no apology, no concern for the time we blocked out of the appointmentThe office manager is terribly rude in her tone and frankly does not care if the customer is inconveniencedThis time was ridiculous! They drove to my homeWe he came in my husband was home and I said to him "I am sorry we were getting Christmas decorations downPlease let us see if we need to move the boxes." His response was not to worry and he went upmins later he came down said that he is only able to reach the furnace in the boxes must be moved before he comes back My husband and immediately went up and move the boxes before the technician even left the living room and yet he still refused to go back up and perform the service I called Reeves heating and air back and they were terribly terribly rude and disrespectful to me on the phone then I hung up and called my warranty company who in turn called them they lied and said that patient had never come out when I in fact I had a receipt in my handDo not do not do not do use his company under any circumstances use this company! I wouldn't trust that their services is even good to the furnace

I have a home Warrenty and they sent out Reeves AC and Heating to check my dryerThey said I needed a new power knob, which had to be order.That was on 5/24/and I paid them my $ deductible and it is 6/30/and they are still telling me that the part is on orderI had my cousin to order the same part on 6/21/and it was back on 6/28/16.I canceled my Home Warranty on 6/30/If all of their services are made through Reeves,they may lose more than just my patronage

I would not recommend this company to anyone as they have no regard for their customersI had a appointment scheduled with them on 8/24/between the hours of am to pmI had to call them because they never arrived or called as a courtesy to say they were going to be late, and the person who answered the phone never called me back with updates on when the technician would be outI finally got a call after pm and was told that the technician's schedule was doubled booked and no one would be able to come out after inconveniencing myself and my husband for a entire dayThey were not concerned nor did they apologize for our inconvenienceAfter getting my service provider to find me another company to assist with my furnace problem, I called the office to speak with the office manager, and I was told she was on the phoneSo I left my name and number because I wanted to complain about the horrible service that I received, and no one has yet to call me backThey are a horrible company with horrible workers in the office that are not concerned with potential customersI will never recommend or call this company again!

My heat and air unit stopped workingWe have a T*** Home Protection warranty which states I pay $to the service person who checks the unitThey assigned Reeves Air Conditioning & HeatingA young man came out and looked at the unit, reset some kind of pressure switchThis switch had been replaced before, not by this company, so basically the company didn't do anything to fix the unitThe unit was supposed to be diagnosed and fixedIf it couldn't be fixed, the unit should have been replacedWe been going around in circles with this problem since
December and there hasn't been anything done with the unit as of yetMy husband called the company while the young man was still at our homeHe and the person on the phone got into a confrontation which led to my husband telling her he would not pay $until he received a billWhen the young man got ready to leave, he also said we owe $and my husband told him to send a billWe haven't received a bill as of yet and we don't think they deserve anything since there was nothing doneIf we don't receive a bill, we're not paying Reeves Air Conditioning & Heating a dimeHow is this company able to scam people and still be in business? The only thing these people are doing is taking hard earned money from people like my husband and myselfI would not recommend this company for any kind of repairs or replacementsThey're very rude and money hungryThey don't care about the general public, only what they can get out of themHeed my warning, don't use this company for anything!

Home warranty sent Reeves to check my AC unit that was not working and cooling properly. The owners son and friend arrived to check AC unit. Issue was power outlet for blower. Asked them to check freon levels and once over. Argued that already checked levels and working properly bc level on gauge was within limits. Follow up was to notify electrician thru warranty company to repair outlet. No phone calls after several days and would not return messages for follow up service. I called electrician for repairs and called another HVAC company to check AC and had to add freon. I complained to warranty company to notate this is a horrible company also took my deductible
This company is a scam, sends out own son that is not licensed or certified, and only wants your money.

Reeves Air Conditioning and Heating was assigned to me by [redacted] and I had nothing but trouble with them. As a disabled woman, the heat makes my conditions worse and I went without air conditioning for over two weeks. On 6/10/2016 the technician came out, stated I needed a new compressor, and 3-4 pounds of Freon. I was given the run around, called them several times and they didn't return any of my calls until [redacted] contacted them twice, and they finally called back when they thought a new work order was submitted. The part was ordered on 6/14/2016, the part was supposed to be in on 6/16/2016 and when they called back the secretary stated that the part would come in 7-10 business days. On 6/22/2016 they came out to install a new compressor, and there was a problem with the means and cost of disposing a used compressor. The technician stated that it has to be disposed of according to EPA regulations, and the office manager (secretary) said it had to be returned per their insurance company when my PCA called them.. When the office was called about this, the secretary was very rude and refused to allow my Patient Care Advocate (PCA) to speak with her supervisor to resolve the issue. My PCA did the following for me when my air conditioning system wasn't working while under a heat advisory that lasted several days: 1) Took me to several cooling stations at fast food restaurants while he worked outside in the heat, 2) Same as number 1 and he had me stay at the cooling stations until 10:00 pm several days in a row since the temperature was in excess of 95 degrees, 3) Created and built for me a temporary air conditioning unit on the three days I didn't go to a cooling station and finally, 4) My PCA did this without compensation for his time, money or gas, his only focus was my health and comfort. This was significantly more than what Reeves did for me during the time my air conditioning was not working. I called another HVAC technician, he came out within 30 minutes, inspected the unit and found that the compressor was working fine. Also, he showed my PCA where a hole had been cut into the Freon pipe with several cut marks below the hole and that there was 0 pounds of Freon in the system.. He showed that the fan blade had not been damaged and stated that the cut marks could have been made by a pipe cutter and not the fan blade. He fixed the hole, put in about 8 pounds of Freon and immediately the house started getting cool with a temperature drop of 14 degrees within the first hour (97 degrees to 84 degrees). Of all the problems I had with Reeves, on 6/23/2016 the worst one of all was being threatened with legal action because my PCA contacted the Revdex.com and wrote a negative customer review. The secretary stated that their lawyers would be contacted because of slanderous statements that were posted on the Revdex.com website (none were per Revdex.com guidelines that only customers can write customer reviews and that I would be welcomed to submit a customer review on my own). The secretary was argumentative in stating that the problem was definitely a broken compressor, rude and hung up on me before I could ask to speak with her boss to resolve this problem. Her actions were consistent with other negative customer reviews on this website. As of this review, my air conditioning is still working fine and the house is a nice and cool 72 degrees. Check out the other comments on the Revdex.com before doing business with this company and I will not be using them ever again with my home warranty service.

After getting my service provider to find me another company to assist with my furnace problem, I called the office to speak with the office manager, and I was told she was on the phone. So I left my name and number because I wanted to complain about the horrible service that I received, and no one has yet to call me back. They are a horrible company with horrible workers in the office that are not concerned with potential customers. I will never recommend or call this company again!
