I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and while a repair to the vanity I purchased was finally made, and I approved it, the overall experience with ***.com was unsatisfactory, including the repair. They made multiple promises that a repair person would set up an appt., including that they would call me on a specific day a couple of times, and no such call was made until finally, after delaying my project by a month, and following numerous complaints, they finally had a repair person come to my house. I accepted the repair after waiting a month because I needed to finish my bathroomI would never purchase anything from ***.com again and warn other consumers to avoid them. I have also given my remodel contractor a negative opinion of ***.comTotally unacceptable and extremely poor customer service in this case
