byScioto Downs, Incon May 28,(copy attached)The substance of the dispute is thata patron experienced a delay in receiving funds related to a Video Lottery Terminal(VLT) at which he was gaming.First and most importantly, let me stress that Scioto Downs places patron satisfaction asour number one business goalWe take great strides to ensure that all of patrons have anenjoyable experience when at Scioto Downs Racino.The patron visited our facility on May 23,While here, one of our VLT's required apayout as a result of the game locking upThis occurrence within the game required anattendant to clear the machine and manually payout the remaining funds from the Cage.This manual payout requires Cage and Floor Supervisor approval and as such took longerto process than our service timesThe patron left property prior to the payoutbeing approved and as such his funds were receipted into the Cage for safe keeping andhis account was noted with this credit to be paid out on his next visit.We have since been in touch with the patron and the matter has been resolved to hissatisfaction.As previously stated, Scioto Downs places customer satisfaction as our number one goaland we regret that this incident did not meet our standards of satisfactionIf you haveany questions, please do not hesitate to contact me so that I can provide you any furtherinformation.Sincerely, *** ***Vice President /General ManagerScioto Downs Racino***
