*** *** "trespassing" allegation is without meritScioto Water has an easement that allows access to the meter and as for the processing fee, and as for the "fee" he referred to, Scioto Water does charge a fee to customers that pay by credit card over the phone

[redacted] heard from the business and they are going to reimburse them for the expense of replacing the grass.The business is also going to take care of their water bill, cover the bill, for the next couple of months. She said she considers this complaint resolved. Told her I would be closing the complaint as resolved but if issues arise, to let us know.
