Review: I entered into a contract to have Sclafmore Conrtuction for them to replace the concrete sidewalk, driveway, back patio and front steps to my house. I had suggested that I may not want to have it all done at one time do to the cost. I was told by [redacted]., the salesman that he could not guarantee the same color concrete if I waited. I understood and chose to have it all done at once. Now that the project is complete and the color of the concrete is does not match he is claiming they never guarantee color. I was not asking for a specific color but I was under the impression that all the new concrete would be all the same color. The contract does say they are not responsible for slight variations of color but this is much more then slight. I took picture to document it because one side of my driveway is a dark grey and the other side is almost white. The [redacted]'s partner [redacted] had come out to the house with the owner of the concrete supply company in an effort to figure out what could be done to fix it. I was told to give it more time to cure and it would get better. I waited a month and tried to contact them again. They have been very difficult to reach and when I do get them on the phone it's been the same story. they are very busy but will stop by next week to try and resolve the issue. I have a trail of emails and pictures trying to resolve this. After 4 months I've now given up on trying to resolve this with them and turn to you.Desired Settlement: I would like them to fix it. I paid $14,000 to have the concrete around my house replaced and I want it to look like a professional did the job. Right now it looks like I two separate companies did the job. One having done the right side and the curb side of the sidewalk the other having done the rest. I don't know what the solution to fix it is but I could have gotten this job done just as bad for half the money. Whatever it takes, make it all the same color.
