This customer was in our establishment on 7/26/15. He did place an order that he was not happy with. When brought to our...

staff's attention he was offered an alternate option which he denied. The customer asked for a refund which our policy is without a receipt we can not issue a refund. When our policy was explained to the the customer he became angry and threw his own food in the garbage which was witnessed by other employees in addition to our restaurant camera.
He was also witnessed by our employees and another patron who was in the restaurant at the time of this incident to be quite inebriated, vulgar and insulting to our cashier.
The next day, 7/27/15, we did contact this customer. In addition to an apology being given to him, our refund policy was explained. We offered to send him a gift certificate to use at either of our locations, which was declined by the customer.
We feel we have done our best to resolve this customers complaint.
