Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I still have not received the refund of ***, even after I added my private banking information to the scoop appIt has been over one month since my first (and last) scoop service, where I was initially promised over the phone that my money for an uber ride home would be refunded within 2-daysI have called, emailed, messaged, complained to Revdex.com and still no refundThis is unaccpeptable for a business that has been operating for two yearsI was guaranteed a free ride home and refund for the money I spent because the scoop service did not find a ride for me on my way home from workI want my money refundedScoop owes me [redacted] - there is no record of this refund on my bank account for the last five weeksSincerely, [redacted]
