The patient who made the complaint contacted me to dispute charges for services deliverer on 8-24- Upon speaking to the patient she informed methat she was not treated and that I was committing fraud I informed her that I do not commit any type of fraud in my practice and asked her
what she was requesting She said that she wanted all charges removed I promptly granted her request, contacted her attorney that she hired and told them to remove all charges from my office I then asked my receptionist if she could recall that particular day and patient She informed that I did treat the patient but she did not want to file an attorney lien and did not want to use an attorney I did not tell the patient that she was lying and promptly granted her request to remove all charges and don't understand why she is filing a complaint when I granted her requests We request all patients to fill out forms when in a car accident, to document everything in case the patient decides to file suit
