I want to take a moment to thank Ms*** for expressing the type of service she received in July at the *** ***However what was she failed to be mention is that same night when Scooter A Long had a staff member by the name of Juan H*** come to assist her, she immediately started yelling
once him, swearing at him using the *** work numerous times, sometimes the directive of the word *** was used directed to him. Juan proceeded to the back of the Bell Desk where the scooters were being kept and he also heard her call a Bell Desk employee a *** and continued using vulgar languageJuan brought the scooter out to her which in the meantime she was still very upsetJuan advised her to please stop swearing and yelling at him or he wouldn’t release the scooter to her do her attitudeMs*** then proceeded to tell Juan to "stop being cute and to shut the *** up and give me the scooter"Juan then advised her one more time to please stop disrespecting him, at that point she got quite and the scooter was released to herScreaming, being disrespectful and swearing at the Scooter A Long staff does result in us not renting to a her, not because she was handicapped but because of the way Ms*** treated the staff on her visit The staff was informed by me, Theresa H***, the General Manager to no longer rent because we do not tolerate being treated that wayIf she wants to rent going forward she will need to follow our guidelines and treat our staff with respect and not disrespect the hard working staff we have hereTo eliminate this issue she can make her reservation through meMy hours of work change due to the business needs however she can call and leave a message with my staff at ###-###-#### or she can e-mail me when she would like to come in, ***I need at least hours in advance to ensure I have time to get herr message and process paymentAny communication that elevates or if any disrespectful words are said, we will no longer rent her toAgain not because she is handicapped but because of her behavior.
