If I could give a zero I wouldI recently purchased an Encore for ScootersSpent over 9K for a commercial grade machineAfter about or so hours, I noticed that the machine was leaving sprigs quite often on one side of the deckSo I took it to Scooter's and they told me it was just the bladesSo after a new set of blades were installed I picked up the mower and put it back to workI immediately noticed the same issue, so I brought it back to Scooter'sI dropped it off on a Friday and they said they would let me know what they found by MondayAfter no call Monday, I called them for an update on Tuesday eveningTheir response was that the didn't quite get to it and that they would finish it up the following dayThis went on everyday until FridayFriday I went to Scooter's after being promised that it would be ready for pickup by noon that day and to my surprise, all that had been done was the pulley covers had been removedI picked up my machine at this point to explore my options to have this issue fixedI then contacted an Encore representative to be told the closest Encore authorized shop would be in LufkinAfter about a week of discussion, they talked me into bringing the mower back to Scooter's and that they would take care of meSo I brought it to them and they said they would get to it the following dayA week later Scooter's called me to tell me that Encore agreed to cover the parts and hours of laborScooter's relayed to me that that the remaining bill would be $275- $weeks later I was told that my mower was ready and the total bill was $Now mind you I never authorized any of the extra labor that they claim to have doneNeedless to say, Scooter's Lawnmower shop is not trustworthy whatsoeverThey will tell you what you want to hear to get you off their back and then turn around and stick it to youI would not recommend anyone stepping foot in this establishment

I bought a Generac pressure washer online from Generac It didn't work from day one, so I was instructed by the company to take it to Scooters for repair under warranty Scooters told me they would have the washer ready in about days I went in to check on it days later and was told that they had to back order a part and to check back in another days I waited nearly weeks and went in to the store and was told that the parts were still on back order and it would take more time I said that I wanted to take the pressure washer with me and that I can't wait any more I planned to send it back to the manufacturer for my money back At that time, the owner of the store, Scooter, began yelling profanities at me He told to get "my sorry a## out of his f*#ing store" When I calmly asked his name, he told me he was the " F*ing owner" and continued to yell obscenities at me I walked out to my truck and another employee looked apologetic and asked me to wait so he could bring the washer out to me I am years old and have never been spoken to in the manner I was treated by this business owner I will never recommend anyone do business here
