Scooter was not correct and the replacement did not work properly. Requested a refund but never received. I contacted the company but no resolution.
Rented two mobility scooters for our recent vacation. The scooter was not what I ordered so we had to wait in the rain after contacting the company for a swap. The scooter that we then received did not work properly. I called once again and was told they would be there within two hours with a new scooter. Waited 3 hours and called again since no one showed up. Waited another hour as they were 20 minutes away. Had to call again as no one showed up. I was then told that they dropped the scooter off up front and we had to go get it. They were suppose to bring it directly to us at our campsite at ***. The rep, Jennifer, when I said that that was incorrect and how were we to return three scooters at the end of our vacation I was told "what do you want me to do?" Not my problem. I then asked to speak to a supervisor and was connected to the transportation supervisor who sent someone to pick up the scooter and deliver to us. This resulted in two days of our vacation being lost waiting for these issues to be resolved. I requested a refund and was told that a supervisor by the name of RayLyn would be contacting me to arrange for the refund. Well it is now two weeks and have never received a call from the supervisor and have not received a refund.

Desired Outcome

Refund for the two scooters for the days that we did not have use of them as they were faulty. 2 days for two scooters and compensation for my lost time on my vacation that I had to sit and wait.

Received refund from company as requested.

I tried to rent a scooter for the first time in my entire life because I recently became a disabled x officer, and this company without a doubt has no compassion for handicap people whatsoever. it's nothing but pure greed with these people. and the woman that I was hoping would help me was rude As can be. and flat out offered no solutions. And basically insulted me by saying I'm too heavy to use one of their portable scooters. when they advertise a bigger scooter, but she didn't want to deliver it for me. What kind of business gets into handicap scooters but doesn't want to help handicap people??? unless it's a real simple drop off and pick up, these people won't help you whatsoever. I don't know how they have these high ratings, but they have to be fake. and I'm gonna make it my mission to post places where they can't remove these reviews like the Revdex.com and consumer affairs and my seven*** channels with my 170,000 subscribers. I'm going to be this piece of st company's worst nightmare!!!! You screwed with the wrong handicap person. I'm going to see if I can actually file a discrimination lawsuit.
