Scooter's Appliance Repair

We had these people from Scooters Appliance Repair come out to our home in Morristown from Knoxville. Travis and another man came out and told us they could repair my dishwasher that no longer worked. We were currently with a warranty co that we had been waiting for a repairman to come out. When we got no one to come out, we looked for one ourselves. Long story short, Travis and another young man came out and said they could order parts and fix my dishwasher. He told us how much it would cost and that we could pay for his service call that day of $100.00. We paid by check, and they promptly cashed it the same day. We never heard from them again or were not able to get in touch with them. We want our money back from these 2 thieves. They are 2 [censored]ers whose game is to scam people and then disappear. Don't use these people ever. I don't recommend it!

Came to repair fridge. Over charged system. I used them because the fridge needed immediate repair. Another problem developed and a manufacturer's service was called. They indicated that the previous repair was totally inconsistent with the manufacture's policy and caused the problem I now had. Bottom line DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I

The company was supposed to fix my dryer's heating element. The dryer worked maybe 2 or 3 times after they left and when I called the repairman *** and asked him what the problem was he said he would check into a product warranty and then he stopped answering my phone calls and responding to my texts.
