In September 2018, on behalf of the Buckeye Wrestling Club (a non-profit youth booster organization), I purchased 2 wrestling clocks.
On October 9, 2018 I tendered a check for $7185.00 which was the full amount of the clocks. Shipment of the clocks was supposed to be 2-3 weeks. After the missed deadline, Jim S said they were shipping out November 6, 2018. After that was missed, he finally agreed to send "temporary" or "rental" clocks until the purchased clocks came in. The temporary clocks were shipped on December 7, 2018.
After the temporary clocks arrived, S stopped responding to my attempts to contact him. Phone calls and emails were not returned for several months at which time I asked an attorney for help. Jim S responded several times to the attorney over the past 6 months promising to send the clocks- even sending UPS tracking numbers, but the clocks still have never been delivered.
Although this issue began more than 12 months ago, attempts to have the clocks sent and promises from the company to send have continued over the past year- the latest promise from Jim S being in December 2019.
