Review: score construction did not complete the work as agreed to in our contract even after several extensions to the original deadline.. the work he did complete was of poor workmanship. he left us without a working bathroom, no working shower, no sink, and the toilet was improperly installed. he intentionally damaged parts of our apartment including the kitchen sink, which caused us to have to pay for additional repairs. and he is asking for the full amount of the contract. we agreed on a settlement of $10,000 with nearly $8000 already paid, this is before we received the charge back from the management company for the plumbing bill, and a few weeks later we receive a letter from his attorney demanding full payment.Desired Settlement: we would like to cancel the contract.
