I hired Lesley *** through Score Junction to do a credit repair. After paying her $800 in the duration of 7 months, she kept telling me that items were being deleted. I never recieved any mail or proof of this. Lesley told me it could take up to a month for it to reflect on my credit report. After four months passed when the services ended and nothing was deleted, I reached out to Lesley and asked for a refund per her policy. I have maintained credit monitoring through IdentityIQ and nothing has been deleted since day one. When I asked for a refund, Lesley then told me she that she wasn't responding to me that I could email if I wanted. After her saying that, I did email and processed to find a number for a supervisor but can't reach anyone other than her. It is my belief that she is a one/two person company scamming people.

Refund I would like a refund for the services she scammed me of. I would also like for her company to be investigated as well. I'm sure I'm not the only person she's scammed.
The person named *** in this complaint has not been a (paying) client of Score Junction since 11/2019. She has repeatedly contacted my employee by text after hours and on the weekends. I have attached proof of the work that was performed. I have yet to hear from her directly. She has texted more than once and I have attached proof that her husband wanted to begin our services in January. We have deleted 6 items and I have attached the proof of that here as well as the changes in her credit score profile. On the text messages the client is white and the company is green. Per the contract we have fulfilled all obligations to this client.
