I sent a wrestling singlet back for exchange. It was to small. I have yet to be refunded/returned/exchanged/or contacted by this company. I called 3x.

I purchased a wrestling singlet on 4/2/2012 from http://www.scoreboardwrestling.net/ it arrived on a Friday, 4/6/2012. My son tried it on and it was to small. I sent it back for exchange on 4/10/2012 and it per my postal tracking receipt it arrived, 4/12/12. I waited a week to be contacted by this company before I made my first call to them. I was told that the singlet supposedly had hair all over it and was no longer acceptable to be exchanged or returned for full refund. I was not happy with this as I had it sitting in a box in my house ready to be returned to this company all through the weekend. It was out of a box for about a total of 5 mins while my son tried it on. I didn't see how it was possible to be so damaged. The customer service rep was unable to help and said the only one who could assist was the manager "[redacted]" I left a message with the customer service rep to have [redacted] call me back. I waited another week with still no phone call from this company and called again. The customer service rep again said she could not help me and again left a message for [redacted]. As I myself work in a customer service department both of these phone calls from me to this company took place on a recorded line. I waited patiently until 5/8/12 for this company to take some action and at least pick up the phone. I called again the morning of 5/8/12. Was again told the only one who can assist is [redacted] and again by end of day had heard nothing. This company is holding on to my money and the product I purchased and has made no attempts to contact me or get this issue resolved. Is that not considered theft? As my son still needs a singlet I am hoping for a quick resolution, if not I will be forced to purchase elsewhere and hope that this can get resolved through the Revdex.com. Perhaps if this doesn't end up in the mysterious "[redacted]'s" hands I may actually see a resolution. I find this company to be questionable in their claims of "hair" and their extreme lack of communication supports their dubious morality as well.
