Hello my name is [redacted] the manager here at Golf Etc and Scorelow.com. I contacted Mr. [redacted] in regards to the error on the pricing and tried to explain to him that this was a mistake on our part. Our website for some reason did not convert this listing to the new promotional... price. We did not notice this error until we started looking at the orders today which is only one business day removed from the date he ordered the product. We listed several products from the same vendor on that email, the golf ball is available in three colors and the yellow one was the only one with the incorrect price, every other listing on the email showed the correct pricing except for the one that Mr. [redacted] ordered. We also tried to work out a special price for Mr. [redacted] who was not interested. We had one other order come in for the same product and when we notified the customer he knew that it was a mistake but thought if we processed it he would make out like a bandit. When we spoke he told us he knew it was incorrect and was waiting for our phone call today. Once we spoke with Mr. [redacted] and he was not interested in any of the efforts we put forth to make the situation good. He was promptly refunded his purchase in full. SUPERIOR SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM. I am a true skeptic when it comes to trusting mechanics and attorneys but I have to say Rob (co-owner) and his staff provided sound recommendations prior to custom installing LED headlamps on my sporty Nissan. They assured me of the quality parts and service as well as the skilled labor which any consumer should appreciate. I whole-heartedly recommend 317 Customs to anyone who wants QUALITY parts installed and QUALITY skilled labor performed on their vehicle.

I do not accept his response, as this was an advertised e-mail looking for customers business and if I and any other customer sees a bargain and we buy it than the business should HONOR the e-mail price. There is nothing stating about mistakes made in printing.
