Scotch Road Cleaner

Review: I dropped off a suit, shirt and a pair of women's pants to the dry cleaner. When I went to pick the items up the owner could not find the pants. He said he would like a couple days to look for them so I agreed. That day my wife called the dry cleaner and asked about the pants. The owner stated that we could not prove that we ever dropped them off. My wife explained that we have a receipt and he laughed and hung up. A few day later my wife called again and the owner acted like he's never heard of us or the pants and knew nothing about anyone missing pants, again laughing and hanging up. I went to the business and inquired again about the pants. He again asked for a couple of days and I again agreed. I stopped by today to see if they came back and the owner stated he thought he had them. He tried to give me a pair of men's trousers in place of my wife's pants. I said I did not want them and I wanted the pants that I had dropped off. He said he did not have them and that he would pay me for them. I told him the pants were bought for $90 but that I would take $50. He laughed and said he was not going to pay me $90 or $50 for them. He has been very rude and uncaring through this whole situation.Desired Settlement: I either want the pants or the price of the pants to be re-imbursed
