Fields following the highlighted area is the response of Alex Moving & Storage.There transcripts they sent you are false. **All documents and information provided to previous claims ([redacted] n& [redacted]) are true and correct.They were the ones being aggressive towards me and my family claiming they had my items and have photos of all my items and of the people in my family. **As previously confirmed, no items were left behind in the vehicle. There are no existing photos of HHG items not individuals pertaining to this move.I have underage people in my family so how do they have photos of them? **No such photos of any individuals on file.We attempted to file the claim but found that they took all paperwork needed for me to file a claim. **Our office has emailed multiple times with claim information and forms. To-date, nothing has been received.They took all paperwork of inventory so we could not file any claims. **It is standard procedure for the crew to provide a copy of the signed inventory sheets upon deliver. If the inventory sheet were misplaced, we can certainly provide copies; all remain on file. Our office was unaware customer was missing any documentation; we can certainly provide copies upon request from customer (person submitting this claim is not listed on our paperwork).They broke all items they returned and stole my mother in laws pills for her heart, blood pressure and diabetic pills. **All inventory sheets are signed and the TV damage is the ONLY discrepancy listed on paperwork. Also, all cartons were PBO (packed by owner), there is no way of knowing the boxes’ content, unless individually opened. Crew members have confirmed multiple times that boxes were loaded direct and delivered without tampering.They also took all boxes with our clothes and valuable paper work. We counted all our boxes on our own before they moved us and after and found over 100 boxes missing.they took advantage of elderly and the little money they had to move.**All items listed on inventory sheets were accounted and signed for.also upon calling them [redacted] gave me permission to record the conversation and I did and I have recording proof of [redacted] stating he has our items and photos of our items and the people in our house and knows where we live. That is a direct threat to a customer and is illegal.**Phone conversation with [redacted] (receptionist) were very brief, as the hostile conversations with the customer (or person calling) were beyond what she was use-to; [redacted], office manager took over. Again, due to aggressiveness, individual was told to communicate via email.  I have even called the police department of Camarillo to investigate. That's how serious it is. Our office has proceeded accordingly, has voice mail records, call logs and emails. We are certainly available to provide any necessary information. Office: ###-###-####; Fax ###-###-####.  In conclusion, we are unable to proceed with a claim, until we receive the necessary claim form. I reiterate, our office has NOT received one to date. I do not care if this company ha been in business for twenty years if you read there reviews on google reviews and yelp you will see the exact same situation with hundreds of other people. These people are thieves and you are representing them. If the Revdex.com needs to take action on this and recognize a dirty company who steals, lies and swindles their customers which is illegal. I have even called the police department of Camarillo to investigate. That's how serious it is.

below is a copy of the letter sent to the Revdex.com it was faxed and mailed all attachments were included in fax and letter August 16, 2017  Revdex.com  4747 Viewridge Ave #200  San Diego, CA 92123-1688  Re: ID of [redacted]  To whom it may concern:  On...

7/14/17, [redacted] and [redacted] contracted our services to relocate them From Camarillo, CA to [redacted], CA;  load date 7/29/17 delivery date 8/1-3/17; Not to exceed cost $7,044.18 with basic valuation; .60/lb. (please refer to attached quote and BOL).  Per standard procedure, all items were inventoried upon pickup (other than 2 crates and 1 mirror carton; no packing was completed).  Upon loading, customer/person onsite is required to sign our BOL and inventory sheets (which we have on file- signed. Please see attached). Customer is also required to sign the same inventory sheets upon delivery, which was also completed. Upon delivery, customer did make a note of the “damaged TV” (annotated on attached BOL).  A male individual, whom refused to provide his name every time he called, did reach out to us multiple times; initial contact was done after hours, to which, vulgar, threatening and harassing voice mails were left (I have record and can certainly forward):  WIRELESS CALLER (323) [redacted] Thursday, August 03, 2017 at 05:16 PM   WIRELESS CALLER (323) [redacted] Thursday, August 03, 2017 at 05:25 PM   WIRELESS CALLER (323) [redacted] Thursday, August 03, 2017 at 05:32 PM   WIRELESS CALLER (323) [redacted] Thursday, August 03, 2017 at 06:54 PM          [redacted], our CA MOVE coordinator finally spoke to this individual and explained the claim process: “You have nine months upon delivery to file a claim.” She also emailed a claim form to dl[redacted]@hotmail.com on: 8/3/17 at 8:38am, 8/3/17 at 10:49 and 8/4/17 at 10:44am (copy of emails are attached).  Once the phone conversation got out of line due to Mr.’s [redacted] aggression, the call was then transferred to [redacted], Office Manager. Again,  Mr. was aggressive, insulting and threatening. Finally, due to Mr.’s inability to properly communicate, he was subsequently advised that our office would only communicate via email. Alex Moving has been in business for over 20 years and is aware and understand there may be damages along the way, which we’ll take responsibility for; we have proper insurance in-place.  The false accusations written in on this Revdex.com-Claim, are exactly that, false. There is absolutely no poof to validate these false accusations.  Also, we have VOIP (phone service), which keeps record off all incoming/outgoing calls.
