I have had [redacted] from their electrical division to my office twice. The first was to install a whole house surge suppressor addition to the service panel. As I have some expensive electrical equipment in my office I now have much greater peace of mind regarding a misfortunate electrical surge that could put my business out of commission for several days or more.
The second time [redacted] came out to investigate why my emergency exit lights suddenly lost power. He found an internal problem inside the service panel, fixed that and also upgraded one of the signs to a newer style that has 2 LED emergency lights so that the hallway would now be bathed in light in the event of a power outage.
[redacted] is first rate, responds quickly and the pricing was quite reasonable.
I also had a gentleman from their plumbing division come out when I smelled a subtle natural gas odor in the basement. He discovered that the old pipe from the gas meter outside the building, running underground and then through the basement wall, had a very small leak caused by the pipe's reaction to the building materials in the wall, the moisuresture in the ground and the age of the pipe (about 32 years old). He had 2 helpers come out, they installed a new gas pipe that did not go into the ground and had me fixed up in about one hour.
With the knowledge, skill, professionalism and fair prices I would not hesitate to recommend any to call Action Heating & Air Conditioning. As a matter of fact, I refer my patients to them when they tell me they have these kind of problems.

We have been Action customers since they installed a new furnace and air conditioner 2 yrs ago. They did a fantastic job of installation and cleaning up after themselves. When a problem arose, they were quick to come and try to correct it.
Because of a rare situation their "fix" did not work on the first tries, but our repeated calls for the same problem were addressed promptly, and finally it was determined that it was not an equipment problem but the high humidity that existed in the basement in very hot weather. They told us to use our dehumidifier more, and the problem disappeared. Their work is thorough and dependable. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to everyone I know.
