Yes Mr [redacted] is correct I did leave his dogs with my 2 older boys in our home  for maybe a couple of hours at a time. But with saying that it was with my older boys who are 26 and 21 who both are EMTs and one is a firefighter. They have been raised on a ranch their whole lives and are very great with animals. My younger children where with my husband and I. Thank you so much,[redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Below is a copy of the email submitted by the vet that we first took our injured dog to.  We also have text messages from her stating she left the dog in the care of her children
several times.  Her and her husband went out of their way on the telephone to make us feel worse about our injured animal left in their care.
To whom it may concern:
I examined [redacted], a 1-year-old Jack Russell Terrierowned by [redacted] on December 5, 2015]. Ms. [redacted] informed us that [redacted] had been staying at a ‘ranch’ for a period of time and that she had noticed that his penis was protruding abnormally when she picked him up. [redacted] presented with paraphimosis, the inability to retract the penis into the prepuce. The tip of his penis was vital but excoriated and extremely swollen. Due to the degree of swelling of the tip of the penis and the size of the preputial orifice, we were unable to manually replace the penis into the normal position. He was placed on antibiotics and anti-inflammatories in the hope that the swelling would decrease to the point where the penis could be manually repositioned. If this treatment fails to significantly reduce the swelling, he will need surgery to enlarge the preputial opening or, worst-case scenario, to amputate the tip of the penis.
It is my opinion that, had [redacted]'s caretakers been more observant and/or brought him in for care when this problem first presented, before the swelling of the penile tip had become so extreme, his paraphimosis would likely have been easily treated and resolved.

In 20 plus years of training and raiseing dogs I have Never in countered a person like Mr [redacted]. To his one complaint I have a hundred plus praises. I have many postive reference that I could send if needed. The day that he says I dragged his dog by the tail there was 6 other clients here that all...

can write a letter saying this is not true. As far as him saying I didn't care for his dogs in a proper manner is also untrue. When he picked up his dogs he was happy and the dogs where bouncing and  playing a round. He did take his dog to the vet and said his dog had a infection and when I tried to talk to him about this and tell him that when I talk to my vet about the situation my vet said if it was that bad of an infection the dog would have been very sick and would not have been jumping and running around the yard. Also that the infection takes days for it to happen and that the injury could of happened at his house and finally came to a head the day they pick the dog up. But with that being said Mr.[redacted] never gave me a minute to talk instead he went straight into verbally attacking us . It got so bad that we had to call the sheriff . He threated and we  feared for our lives. He kept saying horriable things and he was going to kick our [redacted] and was yelling and cussing never letting us get a word in.  My husband had to take 2 days off of work because he feared to leave me and our 3 boys by ourselves.  I have a incident number  If needed. Mr [redacted] also made up a fake account and slandered me on yelp and we our looking into that. We already talked to a lawyer and if its not taken down we are going to take further action. Like I said there was others here at that class with Mr [redacted] that will testify that he is lying. I find it funny that he says I did this to his dog and still came back for me to watch his 2 dogs.Thank you so for your time and if you need anything else let me know.I tried to attach pictures of his dogs running and playing in our yard but can't seem to attach them but I can try and send them if really needed. Also Mr [redacted] called the human society on me and they came here and checked all of my animals and found everything in great condition. Matter of fact he said they where all in Great condition and called them fat and fluffy.Talk soon,[redacted]
