customer was contacted. Per his request we have cancelled the extended warranty. The issue has been resolved to our mutual satisfaction.

I am rejecting this response because:I am rejecting the business response because they have offer no response other than their excuses.1) I never test drove the vehicle because at the time I myself didn't have a valid license and it would have been illegal for me to do so.2) I didn't become aware of an issue with the heating system until after purchase. I then contacted the deal immediately. Furthermore, if I was initially aware of an issue with the air conditioning system during one of the hottest months of the year, I would have bypassed this particular vehicle altogether. Especially considering I have many small children which I am responsible for.3) I do not understand why the dealer would have been skeptical when dealing with me when I informed them that my credit was subpar beforehand and that was the main reason I was contacting them because they assured me that dealing with less that ideal credit was their specialty.4) I still have the original copy from the dealer which states that they included a warranty with the vehicle, which I paid an extra $2000 for. All in all, most of this is he say she say. The fact of the matter is Alpiemonte Chevrolet of Dundee sold me a vehicle that they do not own the rights to. The temporary plates expired in September, It is going on to December. I have been unable to drive the vehicle for months. However, they still expect payment from me. They have not honored any of their verbal agreements and I no longer want any business with them. They have ignored all of their contractual agreements, I want my money back.
