Hurt Photography took class pictures for the preschool where our son attends. When we received the photographs (April 2013), my wife and I were not happy with the photographs and requested a refund. Initially, we contacted Hurt Photography by phone. Mr. Hurt instructed us to return the photographs and that he would refund our money. We returned the photographs in April 2013. After two follow up letters to Hurt Photography (one by certified mail), we have received no such refund as of June 17, 2013.
