We were not impressed with the service we received from Possum's. After we received our original quote our tree service needs changed. The project supervisor would not return to give us a second quote. He said that the cost would not change that much. It did. I had to call multiple times to get a start date on the service, but was told that our job was being pushed back due to the weather. I found out during one of the many start date inquiries that they put another job in front of ours (not sure why). When Possum's did finally start our tree service they did not finish on the first day, nor did they call to tell me that they would have to return. I had to call the project supervisor and question the situation. He said that it started to rain, so they left. However, they moved our boat out from under our boat cover, but did not put it back before they left. So it was out in the weather. When they returned a second time they left my yard in disarray. We had to spread dirt to cover up the ruts in the yard and pressure wash the thick layer of mud left by the equipment that was covering our driveway. Somehow, our project costs ended up being much more than the original quote, but they ended up doing less work (they refused to cut a few trees that were a part of the original quote due to their proximity to a ground transformer).
