I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:Without permission, the business realigned my work making it unusable I have formally requested a full refundThey claim to have shipped it by two day air and this is four days later and still not received In addition, the vendor failed to mention that the first two copies of the project were scanned with ponotes still attached to the pages even though the poon the cover page clearly stated "remove post it notes before scanning"As well, vendor now claims other more professional services were available at a higher priceThis is the first I've heard about thatI never asked for budget service, they quoted the project and nowhere did it mention budget or inferior "quickie" printingThey are supposed to be professional scanners as outlined on their websiteAgain, nowhere on the site nor was I ever offered an option to get what I wanted for a higher feeA professional scanner/ printer would NEVER realign margins on a scanThe format is what us required of a dissertation (1.5" left and 1" top, bottom and right side)The vendor knew it was a dissertation and if they were not able to provide the requested service, should never have accepted the project....irrespective of price charged.Answer Here]

I have requested and you have not responded to the details of how you want your refund processed. We are not able to control the fact that *** does not pick up or deliver mail on Sunday or Memorial Day

via check and we didn't want to slow you down.bYour request for return shipment on Sunday May ** was promptly responded to, and you did receive the tracking number, ***, via Priority Mail (which we upgraded, we usually ship via Media Mail which is much cheaper but slower) however the package was only put out for pickup today because obviously Sunday, and Monday being Memorial Day, were not *** pickup daysIt is however on it's way to you now cAdding and centering margins is our standard method of preparing books for reprint.dYou have not requested a refund to us directly, at allPlease provide Paypal account or we'll send you a check separately
