like to point out especially that the fees referenced in the complaint are inaccurate. As an important note, [redacted] did attempt to return Complainant's call on the same day she called  Complainant did not answer the call and after numerous rings, the call did not even go through to voice mail.Complainant also alleges that another attorney may have been retained. [redacted] is not able to communicate with a represented party directly. Further, [redacted] cannot agree to represent anyone or provide legal advice if there is a conflict of interest among potential past or present clients, as may be the case. If complainant is not represented and her question does not involve a conflict with any current or past client, [redacted] may be able to take the Complainant's call. Until then, we are not able to answer any questions.
