I purchased extended warranty for my TOYOTA, RAV October, I took my Rav in for mile service check up Service stated Rav has no issues After the mildest winter on record for Northern Ohio very little salt/brine was put down on roads Beginning of march (approx 3,miles later) I heard grinding in my rt.rear brakeMy husband took a day off work to take Rav back in $later I was told it was the salt and brine that rusted the brake pad and it torked and gouged my rotors I complained to customer service They said the issue is closed because it was an "environmental" issue from salt/brine I feel they did not properly check break-specifically rt.rear on 35,mile check and they should cover the cost of new pad and rotor incurred 3,miles after the insufficient 35,mile check I feel they should cover the cost of repairs since I paid for extended warranty and had everything checked on time Living in Ohio-Cleveland area my entire life, never had som

I choose Sunnyside Toyota Collison Center to repair my damaged Acura TLXCar wa struck in a lot and had minor damage to the passenger side door and wheelOriginal estimate was for under $2000, I dropped my car off on 12/26/and was told "about a week" to make ready/ The following day I was told about "hidden damage" and was told about weeks to completeAbout weeks late my car was readyThey ordered wrong parts and took much too long for a small jobI went to pick up the car on 1/18/ I walked up to the car and could visibly see that the lower molding (body kit) was not alignedI shook it with my hand and it was very loose and rattle-eyThey following day I went back and was told my car was ready Driving home immediately noticed the alignment was complete off center, The vehicle had zero suspension damage, Sunnyside alignment the vehicle for not reason other than to bill my insurance companyI now have to take another half day off of work to take the car to Acu

I purchased a Hyundai Veloster from Sunnyside Toyota and it was recalled for a panoramic window the year before I bought it so (it was fixed) but three weeks ago it cracked on both sides and thru the middle and we had a couple wind and rain and ice storms that week so I figured that is what caused the crack but my insurance company(***) said it was a factory default and they would not cover it so I contacted Hyundai main office and they said they would replace the window but I feel unsafe about this window just spontaniously breaking for me on the highway( thats why it was recalled) I have the vehicle in a garage in New Philadelphia and it's been there for weeks and Hyundai said they would pay for my mechanic to fix it by putting a roof up there instead of that glass panel but yesterday they called and said they changed there minds and they would only fix it if they themselves put the original glass( the glass that has broke previous times) back inI don't know if you can h

I had an extensive brake job done in November I was informed by separate auto mechanics that the brake job was done incorrectly in August of 2016; the brakes were not wearing correctly Sunnyside redid the brakes, unfortunately, incorrectly In July of 2017, I was told by different mechanics that I had another bad brake job I took the parts and the write up of what was wrong and had the brakes correctly fixed by another dealership, which I paid for again I have written to Sunnyside and they refuse to reimburse me stating that the brakes were bad because of the mileage put on them The issue is this; the brake job was done poorly and incorrect The brakes failed and the caliper was stuck prior to the mileage being put on them, which is why they wore the way they did I want to be reimbursed my money and Sunnyside refuses to give it me They stated if I would have gone back to them the third time for the brake repair they would have completed another brake job for

I bought a used *** *** from Sunnyside Toyota a little over a year agoBefore signing anything, I took it on a few test drives When I was on the highway and braking normally to exit, there was a vibration and noise coming from the front driver side tireAll of the tires looked very new & were in good conditionI told them this and they took a look at it and said one of the lug nuts was loose and they tightened it and also rotated the tires and that the problem was solved I noticed that the tires on the front had a little better tread then those that were on the rear before they rotated themI told them that I had always been taught that the better tires needed to be on the front for a front wheel drive a car They told me that their master mechanic who had been there for many years (I believe his name is Mike) had said that tire experts are reversing that train of thought and that the better tires now need to be on the back so the car doesn't fish-tail I sai

I took my car to Sunnyside Toyota to get repaired after a minor traffic accidentWhen the car was returned to me it has some sort of overspray all over the carAfter repeated attempts to resolve the issue nothing is being done

My wife & I leased two vehicles with this business sometime in JanuaryWe were serviced by a salesman by the name of Eric M***, who has since been fired by the business for like practices to other customersI gave him all the paperwork concerning a vehicle that I wanted to tradeI informed him that the vehicle was financedHe supposedly took the info to his manager and came back with a deal that included $11,to be paid to me in addition to the leased vehiclesI accepted the deal, spent two hours with all the paperwork, and made arrangements to deliver the trade several days later with the title memoWhen we came back, we found out that Eric lied to his manager about the outstanding balance on the trade and told him that it was paid offTo my surprise, the Dealer reneged on the deal and wanted to charge me more for the leased vehiclesTo make a long story short, I had to involve my attorney which cost me $I was accused by the Dealer of withholding info from themT
