The last contact I had with MrUnderwood was on Febwhen I asked him to call me ASAPMr Underwood
responded with a text stating he would call me as soon as he couldHe sent me one more text saying he was in class until That was last contact there wasAs far as not wanting the workers back I indicated that I did not want *** to return as he had been there twice to fix the leak and it still wasn't fixedI had been in contact with *** *** about the job and he was willing to come out and do itMr Smith had indicated to Mr Underwood that he wanted to be paid upfrontMr *** and I were communicating about the work needing to be doneMr Underwood would not even talk to or text me
In regards to the garage roof Mr Underwood insisted re-roofing the garage as a result of all the damage done to the interior of my homeMr Underwood indicated in writing that the garage would also be shingled for the amount paid by the insurance.(Documentation included) I have been finding and repairing damaged items resulting from the roofing job
In regards to the loan on DecI wrote a check for $to MrUnderwood to finish paying for the roofing job and a $loan which was to be paid back on DecMr Underwood put in writing that he would pay me $which supposedly included the $I paid to the workersI worked through the figures and realized that I still owed $toward the cost of the roofMr Underwood and I agreed that he would pay $on that loan which he put in writingThen on Dec I wrote another check to Mr Underwood for $that was specified as a loanMr Underwood put it in writing that he would re-pay the loan on Dec in the amount of $(See documentation)
To date Mr Underwood has made no attempt to contact me and no attempt to fix the roof or to repay the loanMy contact information has not changedAs stated earlier the last contact with Mr Underwood was Feb
What I am wanting is for Mr Underwood to get the job finished the right wayTo date the job has yet to be completed despite it being paid for
I am also wanting Mr Underwood to re-pay the money that was loaned to him
