Scott Fick heating plumbing and cooling

Review: After receiving a quote from Scott Fick to repair our heat pump we agreed to move forward using his company. Once all needed parts were located a time was set up to replace our heat pump. This was completed on a Friday. However, the job was not fully completed at that time and we were told he would be returning on the following Tuesday. The technician never returned on that Tuesday and we had to call multiple times to actually speak with someone in the company. We never received a return phone call, we initiated the contact made. Finally it was schedule for a technician to come out the following Friday, a full week after the initial install was not completed. The technician then called to cancel saying he would not be out to our home until Monday. Through this time we endured 2 snow storms (and another predicted to hit between now and the next time a technician is scheduled to come) with minimal heat and an active 21 month old.Desired Settlement: I would like to see a discount of some sort applied to our final bill to compensate for the wait time between technician visits and the lack of communication in regards to scheduling the time to finish the service.
